All staff are enhanced DBS and ISA checked.

Three references are requested for all new staff.

All staff undertake shadowing and induction training which includes the following subjects:-

1. Infection Control;
2. Health & Safety;
3. Moving & Handling;
4. First Aid;
5. Food Hygiene;
6. Medication;
7. Safeguarding Adults (POVA).

All staff are supervised.
