Our Care professionals are trained, to meet all your needs now and in the future. We help people live the way they wish with dignity and in an environment they are familiar with – surrounded by their own belongings and perhaps family or a much-loved pet.
Our service is tailored to meet the requirements of each individual client and includes support such as personal care – washing and dressing, medication prompting, light housework and laundry, meal preparation and shopping. We provide both day and night care, from pop-in visits through to full daytime sitting services or night sleeps/sits.
Our clients are encouraged to do as much for themselves as they can, and to make their own choices. The difference that the support we give brings can be life changing. The comfort and safety of our clients is our number one priority. We are proud of our excellent reputation with our service users and their families, with Local Authorities and Social Service Departments.
We are fully accredited and continually monitor our service and train our staff to ensure that our high standards are maintained. Our care at home services are delivered by large personnel of qualified and experienced healthcare professionals including Registered Nurses, Care Assistants and Support Workers.
We follow a rigid recruitment procedure to ensure that all of our workers are compliant with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). All our staff and carers are CRB /DBS fully enhanced checked.
